Property Management Roles (Property Officer):

You will be able to learn all aspects of Property Management as a Property Officer from an experienced and enthusiastic team, and assist to and learn from a Senior Portfolio Manager who manages a portfolio between 250 to 300 new properties, or as a Property Manager manage your own portfolio about 240 properties with the support of Administration/Accounting teams and Leasing team to provide comprehensive and quality services to PIA's customers.

Working Monday to Friday NOT Weekends. Sydney Olympic Park HQ based or Mascot branch based

Business Development Manager (Property Management Listing Agent)

In this role you will be responsible for growing your client base and bringing new and engaging business to PIA. This is an opportunity to work for a leading brand in the delivery of quality end-to-end property related services to investors, landlords and tenants, ensuring that you deliver tangible results to all parties. This is your ability to grow and lead your own business and become your ‘own boss’.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research - Identification of and research into new segments and potential customers
  • Prospecting - Identify and directly secure new clients and listings – investors, landlords and tenants
  • Maintain alignment with PIA’s management team
  • Partner – work with internal sales team to identify and develop new business:
  • Planning - Effective market planning to ensure maximum impact and return from the portfolio and activities
  • Effective client relationship management – undertake day-to-day client liaison to ensure quality customer service and follow up
  • Reporting – undertake routine reporting, to KPI’s, on your portfolio performance

Key Skills

Strong prospecting skills

We invite 20 Business Development Managers to join the Rent Roll Growth Team with attractive package of uncapped income and systemic training, as well as foreseeable career path to be the business partners of PIA property management. 

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Source new business opportunities
  • Maintain and develop client relations
  • Offer professional guidance to landlord clients
  • Achieve reasonable KPI's

About You

  • Certificate of Registration (min. qualification) or Real Estate License (preferred)
  • Current Australian Full Driver Licence 
  • Proven experience as a BDM/Property Manager or Sales Agent in real estate industry
  • Strong networker, able to bring on NEW landlord management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
