Wellbeing of staff and customers:
1.Condition of entry in to PIA office/ open house. Please DO NOT enter if
You are unwell and have COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat…); Body temperature is measured by non-contact body thermometer at entry point of PIA office;
You have travelled to a COVID-19 hot spot or oversea in the past 14 days;
You have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
2.Physical distancing where practical
Keep 1.5 meters distance in office, meeting rooms and kitchen;
Use telephone call or join online meeting (ZOOM) when possible;
Remind customers/ tenants for social distance; if crowding, stop entering premises till 4 square meters per person can be kept;
Minimize physical contact; provide electronic documents and EFT option for payment.
3.Hygiene and cleaning
Hand sanitizer are provided at entry point in PIA office;
Hand sanitizer, masks, gloves and shoe covers are in stock for customers when open house and onsite inspections conducted by PMD, Leasing and Residential Sales.
Please use hand sanitizer when enter into office and wear gloves to clean the frequent touch points;
Hand soap and hand towel are available in PIA kitchens; hand soap and dryers are available in bathrooms in the office; please follow hand washing steps posted;
Disinfections are conducted in public area, meeting rooms after each meeting or event.
4.Record keeping
Please make sure to register your customers’ names and contact information (mobile or email address) at reception when you invite your customers in PIA premises (Olympic Park & Masoct). The records will be kept for 28 days per NSW Govt requirements. (Personal information is only for the purposes of tracing COVID-19 infections and are stored confidentially and securely.)

5.Self-isolated if needed
You will need to stay home when you have COVID-19 symptoms, and take sick leave (with doctor certificate) if work from home is not an option;
You will need to self-isolate if you or your family members are returning back to NSW from oversea or COVID-19 hot spots.
