It\u2019s giving assets enough time to compound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A property held for 15\u201320 years has:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>absorbed multiple cycles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>benefited from inflation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ridden population growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>seen rents reset upward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The \u2018so what\u2019 for investors:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your strategy relies on perfect timing, you\u2019ll delay. If your strategy relies on time, you\u2019ll progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. The Three Principles of Portfolio Growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Justin simplifies portfolio scaling into three principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cBuy as early as possible. Buy as many as possible. Keep as long as possible.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn\u2019t about recklessness. It\u2019s about structure and discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buy as early as possible<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because growth needs time to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buy as many as possible (within safe cashflow limits)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because each property becomes another engine contributing to your long-term position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keep as long as possible<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the part most investors struggle with. Hey sell during rate rises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They sell when growth slows. They sell when media fear peaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And years later, they regret it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The \u2018so what\u2019 for investors:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selling interrupts compounding.
