PIA Rent Care — Flexible  Cash Flow Protection.

Stay paid on time — even if your tenant isn’t.

PIA Rent Care is a weekly subscription service (from $2 per week) designed to support consistent cash flow.

If your tenant falls into arrears, PIA facilitates payment of the rental income you are owed, with payments processed monthly in line with the program terms.

This helps reduce the short-term impact of missed rental payments and supports ongoing financial stability.

How it works:

✔ Arrears are covered in line with program terms and limits

✔ Rental income continues to be paid on a monthly basis

✔ PIA manages the recovery of arrears directly
